Magical candy cane - 30 x
Azure dragon wing - 20 x
Diamond (200k gold)

From Caerfa's Depot, follow this way to find NPC Urogath:

Dialogue
Upon arriving, the player has to say "Vozuth rune" in order to start the quest. If the player already has 20 x Magical candy cane, 30 x Azure dragon wing and 200k gold, they just need to spam "Vozuth rune" until Urogath hands over the Vozuth rune.
Full Dialogue
Player: hi
Urogath: How did you reach me? My obsessed fellows are supposed to keep everybody out of here! I want to be alone!
Player: vozuth rune
Urogath: Yes, I have got my hands on some vozuth runes. I can trade you one in exchange for some other rare goods.
Player: vozuth rune
Urogath: First, I'd like to have 20 magical candy canes, can you bring that many to me?
Player: vozuth rune
Urogath: Thank you. Next, hmm, bring me 30 azure dragon wings.
Player: vozuth rune
Urogath: You really did it! But this isn't enough. I'm going to need 200000 gold.
Player: vozuth rune
Urogath: We have a deal! Here, take it. As I said, I have a few of them, so if you need any more just come back again later.
As Urogath states as he handles the Vozuth rune, you can repeat this quest.
