This quest is part of the Hero of Eidos quest line.
Find Tatiana, east of Eidos near the Orc Hideout:
Player: Hi
Tatiana: The orcs have taken some villagers to their dungeon! Please help me rescue them!
Player: Help
Tatiana: These barbaric orcs raided Eidos and took some villagers to their dungeon hideout. Please, go rescue them!
Tatiana wants you to rescue 4 Prisoners inside The Orcish Complex.
Walk south from her, go up the stairs and you will find tiles and a lever. Step on the tiles and pull the lever to get inside the dungeon. Note that you need at least level 15 to access this dungeon.
Once inside the dungeon you will have to rescue 4 prisoners and kill every monster to be able to use the exit portal.
Floor 0 of the dungeon and location of Prisoners.

Upstairs at the end of the dungeon use the exit portal to get out of the dungeon. If you were able to rescue the 4 prisoners, go back to Tatiana.
