Game Rules
The Game Rules are defined to ensure a fun and fair environment in Zezenia Online. Staff of Zezenia Online oversees that the Game Rules are followed by the players of the game. Rule violations will result in either a warning, a temporary banishment or account deletion.
- Names that are offensive or unsuitable for children or a work environment are forbidden. Names may not be a random combination of letters, and they may not impersonate Zezenia Online Staff or game mechanics. Names that are in the form of a statement or sentence are forbidden. (Results in a namelock plus an automatic warning point.)
- Inappropriate language and conduct such as excessive profanity, obscenity, insults, defamation, racism, sexism, threats, harassment and abuse is strictly forbidden. (Results in a warning or variable length ban at GM discretion.)
- Causing any hassle in public chat channels, such as flooding, spamming, invalid language or off topic discussion is forbidden. (Results in a warning or variable length ban at GM discretion.)
- Advertising third party services or trades to other games or real life currency or items is forbidden. (Results in warning or variable length ban at GM discretion.)
- Modifying the client software in any way, or using third-party software or hardware to gain an advantage over other players is forbidden. In addition, a Game Master, to remove his doubts, may appear and start a short and logical conversation, watch your actions and movements while hidden, or utilize an automatic bot verification process. (Advanced bots result in ban until deletion, otherwise a major ban at GM discretion.)
- Sharing, trading or selling accounts is forbidden in official game channels such as chat and forums. (Results in warning or a variable length ban at GM discretion.)
- Destructive behaviour, including abuse of bugs or game weakness to cause harm to other players or limiting their access to gameplay is forbidden. (Results in a warning or variable length ban at GM discretion.)
- Excessive criticism of staff actions and excessive demanding of banishments on other players is forbidden. Feedback is welcome, but you have to keep it constructive and rational. (Results in a warning or variable length ban at GM discretion.)
- Premium Shop purchases may not be reversed or charged back. If you have an issue with your order, please file a support ticket. (Results in a ban until deletion.)
Major ban implies 28 days on first major offense, 56 days on second major offense and ban until deletion on third major offense. Three warnings points within 30 days lead to an automatic 28 day ban. Criminal record entries will never expire.
Terms & Conditions
This agreement describes the terms on which you are offered access to the game Zezenia Online and it's website (later "the service"). By using the service you accept these terms and conditions, and understand that we reserve the right to modify the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy or the Game Rules at any time without explicit prior notice. To use the service you must be of legal age in your country or have permission from your legal guardian.
Compliance with the Game Rules and Privacy Policy is required. Violating any of the Game Rules will lead to limitation of access or complete account termination.
We are not liable for any damages that may occur during the use or download of the Zezenia Online client software. The Zezenia Online client software is provided "as is" without any warranty or assurance that it will work for you. We are not liable for any lost property or damages occurring in connection with the service including, without limitation, loss of items, accounts, characters or other data due to errors or changes to the service.

4. Legal Basis and Purpose of Processing Personal Data
The legal basis for processing personal information compliant with The EU's General Data Protection Regulation are
- The customers consent (documented, optional, individual, aware, unequivocal)
- Contract, where the registrant is a party
- The registry keeper's justified interest (customer relationship)
The processing of personal information is to keep up communication for the customers and collecting of data for tax and bookkeeping regulations.
Data is not used to do automatized decision-making or profiling.
5. Contents of the Registry
Upon account creation we collect the customer's e-mail address, password (hashed) and any name data for the game. Posted messages, both
ingame and on the website, are stored. We also store all used IP-addresses associated with an account.
For Premium Card purchases we additionally store the customer's name, full address, e-mail address, information of the purchased services, and all data to comply with local billing and tax regulations.
All content is stored as long as they are needed to ensure functionality of the service and compliance with local tax authorities.
All data is stored in a datacenter outside of the EU/Europe, in a New York, United States facility under a EU model contract.
6. Source of Information Data stored in the registry is collected from customers via for example messages sent through our webforms, emails, phone calls, premium service purchases, contracts and other situations where the customer provides us with information.
7. Regular Handing Over of Data and Transfer To Outside of EU and ETA Data is not shared with any other parties, unless required of us by law. One exception is contact details (character name, e-mail address) that may be transferred to our payment method partners for smoother payments.

8. Principles of Protecting the Registry Maintaining the registry is done with care and data collected by the system are protected appropiately. When registry information is stored on an Internet-server, the physical and digitical safety of the data is taken care of appropriately. All data is handled with confidence, and access to the data is only given to personnel who's work description includes access to the data.
9. Examination and Right To Correct Information All persons in the registry are allowed to inspect the data that has been saved by them and demand correction of missing information or completing shortcoming information. If a person wants to inspect data saved about them or want demand correction, the request has to be sent in writing to the keeper of the registry. The registry keeper may require the verification of the customer's legal ID. The registry keeper responds to a customer during the time defined EU-data protection regulation (generally during one month).
10. Other Rights Regarding Handling Of Personal Information. A person in the registry holds the right to have personal data related to the from the registry ("right to be forgotten"). The registry keeper may require the verification of the customer's legal ID. Additional Buyer Agreement
This Additional Buyer Agreement describes the terms on which Premium Content is offered in the game Zezenia Online.
Each "Zezenia Online Premium Card" yields 24 hours of special access to Premium Content. Zezenia Online reserves the right to change, add or remove any Premium Content at any time.
All Zezenia Online Premium Card purchases are final. Upon completion of payment, Zezenia Online immediately begins the performance of its obligations and fulfills the purchased digital services. No refunds will be given by Zezenia Online.
Zezenia Online reserves the right to limit or terminate the customer's access to Zezenia Online if the Game Rules, Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy or this Additional Buyer Agreement are breached in any way.
Crash Reporting Privacy Policy
The Zezenia Online Game Client includes opt-in crash & bug reporting. If enabled the following information may be shared in the event of a game crash or error:
* Client debugging information (Windows minidump data) * Character name & game world * Operating system & version * Computer make, model & specifications * IP address
Crash reports are only sent with explicit user consent. Users are asked to accept or deny crash reports on first launch of the Game Client. Crash reporting settings may be changed at any time in the game settings.
Crash reports are processed by Sentry under a Data Processing Agreement with Zezenia Online. For more information refer to the Sentry DPA & Privacy Policy.
Reported data is processed and used solely for troubleshooting & software enhancement purposes. Data is not shared with any third parties.
